Ask anyone around you what they want in life and surprisingly (or not) you will almost always get the same answer: “I want to be happy”. Other answers may include “I want to feel good” or “I want to have a meaningful life” or “I want to feel fulfilled”. But what does all that mean?

The purpose of this website is to help you be happier, to help you achieve your life purpose so that you may feel more fulfilled. With this site I will offer you a free source of articles to help you live your life to its full potential. You will find a series of tips, advices and thoughts on how you can have a better life.

My Story

My name is James Nara, and I’m the author and writer of this website. I’m married and I’m the father of a girl. I’m an engineer by profession and a freelance writer in my free time. I already have my share of scars with life and in that process I have learned a lot. At some point I decided that it was time to be in charge of my life, so I decided to take action.

I don’t have qualifications in finance, psychology or in health. I’m not an expert in these fields, however, I discovered that we can learn a lot, and gain a lot, by reading and by learning from others. Some say that everything is already written and that it is just a question of finding the right book, the right internet source or the right people to learn from. Unfortunately that requires a lot of investment in time and resources. That is where I come in.

My mission with this blog will be to provide you daily (or at least every 2 to 3 days) tips and advices on how you can live a better life with the ultimate goal of being happier and feeling more fulfilled. This will be a journey that I invite you to be a part of. Join me in my quest. Together, we’ll learn a lot, we will be more in control of our lives and we’ll have fun along the way.
